Development and Climate Days (D & C Days) is an event on Climate Change adaptation practices, planning, research and technologies in the development context. First held in Delhi, India (in 2002 at COP 8) the conference has taken place every year since, in parallel to the Conference of Parties (COP) of the UNFCCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change).
